Quick update to say I’ve nearly finished working on yet another site and here is the link!

So it’s been announced, the Apple iPad. Looks like a big iPhone to me… o wait, that’s because it pretty much is!

Uses some good new apple technology, but apart from that, I’m not sure it’s going to be anything new. It is kinda backwards compatible with your iPhone apps, so hopefully Gary will buy one so we can play worms at lunch on a decent sized screen!

Of course, because its Apple, it’ll be a storm and cost the earth, but if people pay, why should Apple care??

Useful bit of code, which I’m kinda putting here so I can access it easily. It will display the date created and last modified dates of stored procedures, which can be useful to see when you last made a code change etc!

Anyway:

SELECT name, create_date, modify_date
FROM sys.objects
WHERE type = ‘P’
ORDER BY modify_date

Final Fantasty 13 Collectors edition looks a bit naff, but I’m still tempted. Should not spend £60 on a game. :|

The driver salaries for every competitor in F1 2009 have been published, containing a number of surprises, most notably the discrepancy in team-mate pay in some teams, and also the staggering gap between what the highest-paid driver receives and the pay packet of the next man on the list…

Although some drivers are shown as earning $Nil, you have to remember that this does not include other income such as sponsorship etc which can at least triple a drivers income!

Today Gary and I finally launched a little site we have been working on for a month or so; WoW TCG Deckbuilder. The site itself is effectively the same as MTG Vault , but evolves around the World of Warcraft TCG cards, instead of the MTG ones.

I am pretty much going to guarantee anyone reading this site doesn’t play the game anyway, but even so, check the site out and leave any feedback on the forums! :-)
